My experience spans over 17 years where I have achieved significant success building frameworks, delivering large-scale change projects for teams and operations across The Marlborough Group from building functions such as Finance, Projects, Change, Unit Settlements, and CASS (Client Assets) to delivering complex strategic, Regulatory and Product based Projects. My roles have helped drive enhanced department capabilities, deliver efficiencies, and support business growth in line with company strategy.I completed a merger of two internal companies (ACDs) at The Marlborough Group. Here, I worked with the FCA to create and deliver project requirements, brought stakeholders together and harmonised teams, which was successfully completed within one year, while producing efficiency savings across both firms. As part of my leadership roles at The Marlborough Group, I have utilised my knowledge and experience to build departments and implement strategic priorities.
