With over 13 years of diverse and impactful experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and customer support, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Readyly, a company that transforms the way people work by automating their manual customer support workflows through Generative AI technology. I focus on driving costs down and performance up as companies scale, creating value for both businesses and customers.My journey as a leader and problem-solver began as a Navy nuclear submarine officer, where I learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and innovation. I then joined McKinsey as a consultant, where I helped clients across various industries and geographies achieve their strategic goals. I also was a business development lead at Palantir, where I leveraged data and technology to solve complex challenges for government and commercial clients. As the CEO of Citi Bike, I successfully exited the company to Lyft in 2018, growing the user base and revenue of the largest bike-sharing system in the US. I have a passion for helping entrepreneurs who are working to scale their businesses and creating conditions for front-line workers to earn a better living. I also have a unique perspective on bioterrorism defense, having published a paper on the topic and managed a program at the Department of Defense.I hold an MBA from Stanford, an MA in International Security Studies from Georgetown, and a BS in Political Science from the Naval Academy.
