Running the kitchen in the busiest seafront establishment in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. Supporting the Head Chef and owners of the business in the daily running of a busy seasonal pub on the Isle of Wight. Along with ensuring a high standard of food delivery and safety also helping to developed menu items. Training junior members of staff in proper controls and company standards.

Responsible for over seeing the operations of the building and the two companies that operate within it, Steven Ross Foundation for the Arts and The Quay Arts Trading Company. Controlling the facilities, box office and hires budget for the venue as well as overseeing health and safety and events programming

Full accountability for financial performance of a busy market town coffee shop. Managing a staff of 5-9 people on a day to day basis and responsible for the training and coaching within the store. Working to a budget and being accessed and bonused against KPI's. I deal with daily cashing and banking though G4S, all ordering of both consumables and equipment and deal with a weekly paperwork and stock take. I am also responsible for compliance to both the Health and Safety and Financial guidelines for both the company and those legally required.
