Coordinating with suppliers, making sure that the agreed specifications are met. o Project monitoring of all graphic designers. o In-charge of all the designs of all marketing materials like brochures, mailers, logos.o Site inspection of newly constructed stores for measurement verification, actual inspection and familiarization of all areas for the finalization of artworks. o Facilitate and supervise the proper and on time installation of all projects in the store in coordination with suppliers/contractors and with the store manager or store representative.o Conducts Visual Merchandising seminar to store staff.o Create, develop and execute visual merchandising programs such as visual calendars, strategies, window displays, store signages, fixture plotting and store layout in support of the organizational sales objective.o Leads photoshoot of products for the mailers / brochures.

Scheduling deliveries, making sure that all signs, collaterals, merchandising materials, Po’s etc. will be delivered or transferred for installation on time in the store.o Facilitate and supervise the proper and on time installation of all projects in the store in coordination with suppliers/contractors and with the store manager or store representativeo Site inspection of newly constructed stores for measurement verification, actual inspection and familiarization of all areas for the finalization of artworks. o Supervision of actual installation or implementation of the project and post opening evaluation.o Recommend and suggest additional works or improvement of what has been installed or implemented based on the post opening evaluation.o Prepare and print all requests of price signs, posters, flyers, etc. for in-store promotional and regular activities.o Maintain harmonious working relationship with colleagues, follow and abide all company standard and operating procedures in the workplace at all times.

o Promo Project Head – Responsible for conceptualizing more than 30 promos in all 10 stores which includes designing flyers, mobiles, posters, façade banners, print ads and road streamers. o Dealing with suppliers and supervising the installation of all the collaterals in stores.o Project Coordinator - In-charge of all 3-day sale collaterals for 10 stores.o In-charge of doing the layout of all the stores’ media related requirements which includes price signages, fixtures, posters and banners.o Co-project coordinator – Responsible for all the store requirements and deigns of the newly opened Robinsons Supercenter, Pioneer.o Logo Design Coordinator – Conceptualizing corporate logo designs for all stores, prints and labels for apparels.o Leads photoshoot of products for the mailers / brochures.

o In – charge of conceptualizing and designing of various websites of the company.o Project Head (Pabahay services)- Responsible for the design of flyers, posters, streamers, banners, calling cards, print ads, labels. Sourcing and costing of promo materials and daily posting of works and projects on the web.
