With over 7 years of experience in this role, I have successfully led the development and execution of innovative concepts, menus, and promotions that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.I am passionate about elevating the culinary standards and culture in the hospitality industry, and I hold prestigious credentials as a President Disciples -Escoffier Macau, a Conseiller Culinaire Chaine des Rotisseurs Macau, and a General Secretary Macau Culinary Chef Association.
