I assisted the ambassador and the employees of The Trade Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in market researching, the establishment of meetings with local officials and the preparation of market reports to Danish entities wishing to establish local subsidiaries or trade agents in Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panama. The focus, however, was primarily to establish contacts useful for exporting to Chile within Chile and the city and suburbs of Santiago.
