IT Support Technician is a dedicated IT person for a team. Key responsibilities:- Organizing and implementing VPN tunnels in coordination with partners- Providing support and maintenance for VPN tunnels- Providing support and troubleshooting network problems- Responsible for backup on NTH mobile-gateways platforms

Key responsibilities: - Cooperating with clients and supporting them to integrate to NTH platform- Service implementation on NTH mobile-gateways- Service functionality check and test to ensure quality of service to meet specific country regulations- Providing various reports and traffic analyses- Working in cooperation with Account Managers and Partner Managers to ensure service functionality and that country specific regulations are met- Daily communication with mobile operators and aggregators for troubleshooting and modifications of services- Coordinating new features for services with development and testing team- Troubleshooting and maintaining mobile partners connections in several countries- Writing service flow manuals and documentation for specific countries
