Dance Accompanist: •Accompany dance classes including all levels of modern, choreography, and improvisation. •Guest lecturer including instruction and demonstration of live musical accompaniment for dance classes, music editing and arranging for dancers, and aural skills for dancers. •Compose and perform original music and sound design for student and faculty dance productions.Production Manager/Technical Director: •Generate production schedules for all dance productions. •Manage crews, ushers, designers, and choreographers for all dance productions. •Direct and Stage Manage all dance technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances. •Manage inventory, including maintenance and updates, for all dance theater light, sound, and video equipment, hardware, and software.Guest Lecturer •Dance Pedagogy: individual lectures on music composition and accompaniment for dance instruction. •Choreography: individual lectures on interdisciplinary practices for dance making. •Digital Media: individual lectures instruction on digital media practices for dance making. •Dance Production: individual lectures and instruction on operating lights, sound, and video for dance productions.
