Briefed Northrup Grumman Corporation (NGC) engineers on project progress and way-ahead• Generated a concept for Space Debris Mitigation with the objective of minimizing small orbital debris (10 cm diameter or less) through on-orbit retrieval or earth-based destruction over a 10-year life cycle utilizing high-tech, cutting-edge technologies such as high energy lasers as a primary means of mitigation• Created a concept for the Solar Sail Project for small satellite propulsion which included a detailed analysis of the structure, with particular focus on the booms holding the sail in place• Provided engineering analysis for the Ship Wind Sail to ascertain the most ideal sail shape and size to increase fuel efficiency on large, seaborne cargo ships using MATLAB and XFOIL applications
