Kris has also worked on the acquisition of fully leased assets, value add assets, and loans. Having looked at over 1,500 deals during the great recession, he is skilled in quickly determining if a deal makes economic sense. Additionally, Kris oversees the construction management and property management teams. My belief is that my success comes from helping others be successful.
