I have assumed many roles over my career ;including project management , foreman development , pre construction planning , detailing, estimating , material procurement ,job progression, daily operations, safety and education . I pride my growth and leadership style to the ability to lead with respect and dignity and to put faith in others, lift them up and help them succeed. As a product of a small but profitable company, the opportunities of learning all aspects of the electrical industry have helped mold my performance today.
