In my role of Lead Instructor:I facilitated annual training for 3000 Security Forces students by designing and creating lesson plans, multi-media presentations, and mock sessions. One of my key responsibilities in this role was to spearhead drug sweep initiative at Defense Language Institute and enforced US Air Force’s zero-tolerance policy by auditing 20+ buildings and 700 student quarters.
