CurrentLeader of up to 300 warehouse associates where the key focus is on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity for the department. Responsibilities include labor forecasting and management to determine daily productivity requirements to meet the Fulfillment Center’s shift objectives. Partner with other managers in and around the inbound team, ensuring the workforce remains balanced in order to achieve maximum productivity efficiency. I leverage my leadership skills across the warehouse, providing the whole team with successful techniques to increase overall productivity across all shifts.
