I graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. After receiving my commission in the U.S. Navy, I attended Nuclear Power School and Nuclear Prototype as a naval officer. I was stationed in Pearl Harbor as a Submarine Junior Officer where I qualified to supervise a nuclear reactor and the operations onboard a nuclear powered, Los Angeles Class Submarine. I am qualified as a Submarine Warfare Officer and a Nuclear Engineer. For the past few years I have been working with the Testing and Evaluation community in Norfolk, VA.
