I oversaw all of the day to day operations of Finishing Plus. From hiring people aboard, scheduling, meeting with new and existing customers; establishing our set standard flow process are just a few examples of my responsibilities to help this division grow fast in the upcoming months. We were able to build up to 3 shifts running 24 hours a day / 6 days week and continuing to grow as we broke ground on our 12,000 sq ft expansion completed in the fall of 2012.
