Developed course curriculum on Mode 0 through Mode 6 SIGINT operations and analysis for MARSOC Intelligence Operations as part of the Multi-Discipline Intelligence Operators Course. As the only contract SIGINT Instructor, was responsible for tactical communications training, SIGINT Direction Finding, and mentorship of early to mid-career SIGINT Marines on tactical Mode 0 through Mode 6 operations. Operated as a range safety officer ensuring mission success by overseeing field operations across Camp Lejeune. Successfully trained 24 SIGINT operators for deployment. Developed tracking system for all SIGINT training equipment ensuring 100% accountability, and streamlining maintenance ensuring no loss of training time due to equipment issues.
