Azure Support Engineer
Current- Provide technical support to businesses using Azure Networking Infrastructure products: Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, Virtual Machines, Azure Firewall, and Azure Rapid Response.
- Identifies gaps in the support documentation and updates existing content, authors new content, submits proposed revision requests for public documentation, thus ensuring that the intended audiences have the most.
- Mentor and train engineers in case handling, cloud, and computer network troubleshooting.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to educate and advise customers on current and future possibilities within their Azure environment.
