Responsible for installing, sustaining, troubleshooting, and repairing standard radio frequency wireless, line-of-sight, beyond line-of-sight, wideband, ground-based satellite, and encryption transmission devices. Included are multiple waveform systems operating across the spectrum, keying and signal devices; telemetry and instrumentation systems

Monitored, assed and maintained the operational health orbital spacecraft. Includind defining, developing and executing command plans to institute spacecraft configuration changes, and creating and maintaining alarm limits to alert operators of non-nominal spacecraft conditions. Performed complex analysis to monitor the health of systems and subsystems throughout the satellites lifecycle. Identified, investigated, and resolved spacecraft system and subsystem anomalies. Developed satellite operations procedures, products and processes based on operations protocol. Including development of procedures and command files for new satellites and updates to existing on-orbit spacecraft. Developed and distribute reports summarizing technical analysis findings and recommendations to include monthly and annual satellite health and status reports as well as anomaly resolution reports.Supported test plans, conducted acceptance or regression tests and resolved issues related to ground telemetry, tracking, and commanding software updates.

Responsible for configuring ground equipment, if required, before satellite contacts, responding to ground system alarms, performing first-level troubleshooting during ground system anomalies, ground system resource assignment, mission planning and real time scheduling. Also documents operational events during the shift and informs of any alarms.
