Design, Implement and Support the HVAC and Lighting automation systems for Commercial Clients in the entire state of Ohio.

I am currently in charge of adding new users to Mainframe access, Active Directory, and additional application access. I also remove access for terminated employees as part of my daily tasks.

I travelled to various school districts to perform pc troubleshooting, maintaining networks, portable devices such as iPads, Smart Boards, and projectors. I oversaw the setup and imaging of over 150 laptops. I also assisted in the distribution of over 100 Chromebooks.

Effectively communicate with Road Runner customers while guiding them through the process of solving Technical issues on PC’s and Mac’s involving DNS, using Ping and Trace route• Provided troubleshooting for Voice over IP digital phone
