Mr. Kershaw has more than 24 years of experience in project management, Federal financial management, ERP solutions, financial system implementation, operational, maintenance and enhancement support, and the supervision of large financial accounting projects for DHS, DoD and other Federal agencies. He currently manages Savantage's Robotics Process Automation Center of Excellence, including coordination, design, development, implementation, and management of automation solutions. Previously, Mr. Kershaw provided management and leadership support to the DHS ICE FFMS project, and served as Project Manager for the DLA Enterprise Funds Distribution (EFD) project, which was an implementation of Momentum Financials in support of DoD budget distributions. He also has direct experience working with the DDRS and supporting Other Defense Organizations (ODO) to integrate into the DDRS environment. Mr. Kershaw has extensive experience documenting requirements, defining system solutions, providing system design, and architecture support for financial system implementations in the Federal government. He has led a wide variety of financial system development activities, including system configurations, requirements definitions, conversion, reconciliation, and reporting. Mr. Kershaw has provided Project Management Office (PMO) support for system implementations, which includes the development of project management plans and procedures, and the management of stakeholder communications through project status reporting, and project execution against OMB-approved project schedules in support of earned value management. Mr. Kershaw brings a proven ability to identify, analyze, and creatively solve problems to increase customer value. His teams deliver high quality IT support and services on schedule and under budget. He has excellent interpersonal skills in communications, client relations, and negotiation. Mr. Kershaw is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
