Assisted in developing and managing the entire 300,000+ acre TLCS portfolio consisting of leases with private and public landowners, both onshore and offshore, along the gulf coast region.• Managed partner relations in our operated and non-operated projects with major oil and gas, midstream, energy transition and CCS startup companies based in the U.S. and internationally.• Responsibilities included negotiating and executing Sequestration Agreements, Surface Use Agreements, Rights-of-Way, Easements, Right of First Refusal Agreements, Access Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Warranty Deeds, Letter Agreements, Letters of Intent, Assignments, and Memorandums.• Developed strong relationships with landowners by thoroughly explaining unfamiliar CCS lease terms and conditions and providing clarity in our planned CCS activities. • Responsible for ensuring all lease bonus and rental payments were accurately paid on-time. Process involved approval from management, proper landowner documentation, and effective communication with accounting.• Assisted drafting responses to Funding Opportunity Announcements from the DOE/OCED, some of which were successfully awarded to our joint venture projects.• Contributed work towards multiple class VI permit applications to inject CO2, all of which were deemed administratively complete by the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources.

• Managed all land related duties needed for exploration and development of over 50 fields and 2,000 active wells located in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. Responsible for direct reporting to Land Manager.• Responsible for the preparation and review of documents employed in A&D work inclusive of Assignments, Exhibits, Consent to Assignments, Preferential Right to Purchase Notices, Letters in Lieu and Title Defect Notices. Assisted with preparation and review of PSAs, and all related schedules and exhibits, as well as the due diligence process for same.• Negotiated and prepared various land related agreements including Oil and Gas Leases, Joint Operating Agreements, Rights-of-Way, Surface Leases, Farmouts, Royalty and Mineral Deeds, Damage Releases, Oil and Gas Releases and Partial Releases, Letter Agreements, Settlement Agreements, Participation Agreements and Access Agreements. • Experienced in all facets of unitization and pooling procedures in both Texas and Louisiana. Active relationships with a wide network of unitization consultants, geologists, and engineers. • Oversight and approval responsibility for all outgoing and incoming Authorizations for Expenditure for proposed operations that required working interest owners’ election to participate, including enforcing non-consent penalties when necessary.• Developed and maintained a large network of Louisiana and Texas brokers, unitization consultants, and title attorneys. Administered projects inclusive of guiding leasing, abstracting and curative requirements, as well as review and approval of all progress reports and invoicing.• Effectively communicated with Landmen, Lease Analysts, Division Order Analysts, GIS Mappers, Engineers, Geologists, Acquisitions and Divestiture Managers, Business Development Managers, and Accountants, both internal and external to TPIC, while monitoring and disseminating information for both operated and non-operated assets.
