•Analyze trends and prepare monthly forecasts of State Highway Revenues, expenditures and bank balances.•Interpret trends in Department construction and maintenance expenditures.•Collaborate in developing biannual Operating Budget and Legislative Appropriations Request.•Assist in innovative financing efforts, such as debt payments, toll credits and project financing.•Review and make recommendations on resource management.
