By refining my skills with quality assurance and business analysis, I have been able to progress to a point where I can put my unique leadership perspective into practice. An awareness of different management styles, as well as my ability to adapt, leads to knowing when to be more hands-off and when to step forward with mentorship or direction.I maintain an open door policy, welcoming input and questions throughout the process while watching for opportunities to let others discover the answers for themselves. Every individual's effort matters, and the end result is dependent on the sum of the parts. My focus lies with assessing the risk and feasibility of team goals, then prioritizing which to address first in order to meet deadlines. On the client side, I synthesize their needs with software and product knowledge to ensure optimal outcomes and the highest standards.I'm excited about where my path leads next and what advancement opportunities will present themselves.
