I am responsible for identifying, planning and implementing process improvements. I am accountable for Laboratory Compliance, Education, and Safety. I am responsible for developing a customer focused culture among staff members, and ensure they provide quality customer services to meet the needs of physicians, residents, faculty of Creighton University, and other hospital departments and clinics.

Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and maintaining strategies and initiatives in the following key areas: Laboratory, Diagnostics, Cardiovascular, Respiratory Therapy, Environmental Services, Volunteers, Auxiliary, Community Outreach, Welcome Desk, Facilities & Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Food & Nutrition Services, and Occupational Health Services. I work collaboratively with executives, directors and supervisors as needed to achieve Alegent Creighton Health objectives in my areas of responsibility. Assist the Management Team in areas of planning, implementing and evaluating strategies for Midlands hospital. Serve on the campus Leadership Team and also work closely with the Vice President - Patient Care and Medical Staff leadership. Collaborate with community groups, agencies, vendors, other health care organizations, and regulatory agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and employees to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.

I am responsible for identifying, planning and implementing process improvements. I problem solve patient-related issues, personnel issues, and any regulatory compliance issues. I am responsible for developing a customer focused culture among staff members and ensure they provide quality customer services to meet the needs of physicians and other hospital departments and clinics.
