At VirtualOne I remotely supported users and businesses in the use of the VirtualOne programs and troubleshot concerns and issues. I trained users to operate the program in all of its functions. I handled the day to day activities of the office and worked independently and unsupervised.

At Boring I was In charge of deploying Copiers and network solutions to clients via remote or onsite installations. I have extensive knowledge in SMB, SMTP, exchange, server systems, network administration and all available Windows OS. I have user level knowledge of Mac OSx and Linux Systems. I also hold certifications with Konica Minolta, Canon, Lexmark, HP, and Xerox. I also became HIPPA certified.
