I really had a BLAST at Kent State. I studied in Horticulture. I have always been a hydroponic enthusiast/researcher. Suffering and hunger is not due to a lack of food and resources. It is due to a lack of education and imagination. With current technology that is readily available. Such as L.E.D. lighting and advanced hydroponic and aquaculture systems. I believe we have the capability, and in my opinion, the responsibility to end hunger GLOBALY. Also with breakthroughs in medical marijuana research, I believe that new and never before imagined pharmaceutical treatments are now on the horizon. As far as my professional career goes; I spent my first year out of Kent State at a company named Midwest Dealer Services as a Regional Dealership relations rep. I was required to have the knowledge and knowhow of auto security installation and operation. I needed to be able to expand operations and increase reliability. As well, I offered New and pre-owned car & truck dealerships higher front and backend gross profits. I met some genuinely GOOD people in the "Car business" Commonly thought to be an oxymoron. I realized that other than sell vehicles, the car business could be used to mentor and mold young men and women into proficient salesman and finance & insurance representatives. I moved to Florida and became an F&I manager, then spent a few years as a Sales manager There is where I was able to hone my skills in negotiation, training, public speaking, inventory control, and high pressure closings. My new venture is in agricultural technology and the enormous impact that it most definitely will have on industry's from farming to local small business. Reaching far into emerging markets such as organic fertilizer and aquaponics. It will also have an impact on First world economy's Via the worlds food supply and pharmaceutical trade. I am not trying to Save the World, but I would definitely like to leave positive footprints in the sand.
