Overall, I am an efficient, reliable professional who always finds a way to improve processes. I possess strong analytical, oral and written communication skills. Additionally, I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Share Point. I am skilled in operating computer management systems as well as providing technical assistance to customers through informational dialogue over the phone.I have spent more than 7 years supervising employees and managing retail departments. My interpersonal communication skills are diplomatic in nature which are excellent for, and especially when dealing with conflict resolution, customer service issues, and team projects.As a proficient and efficient professional I find innovative ways to apply standard operating procedures to the equation. I may not know all the answers, but I do know how to ask the right questions to solve the problem. I have thorough analytical skills which best equip me for problem solving tasks. I'm always trying to make point A connect to point B in the most effective way possible. With that said, efficiency is the only way to work smarter and not harder. I enjoy challenges that utilize my strengths and take great satisfaction in seeing them through to successful completion. ‘The end result’ is personally very rewarding. I am also an experienced team leader and trainer and have no issues with public speaking. In my previous roles I was responsible for assisting with the hiring and on-boarding processes and training new employees. I always find creative, personable and interactive ways to engage an audience or employee to ensure they are retaining the knowledge necessary to perform their job with proficiency.
