I am an incoming sophomore at Illinois State University, pursuing a double major in Accountancy and Finance, along with minors in Business Administration and Economics. Currently in my third semester, I have excelled academically, securing an 'A' in IT 150, which has enabled me to master essential software tools such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. My coursework, including a solid foundation in microeconomics, has equipped me with a robust understanding of financial principles and analytical skills.My career goals include acquiring internships throughout college to gain practical experience and deepen my understanding of the finance industry. I am eager to engage in as much major-related work as possible, with a long-term objective of obtaining certifications such as CPA, CFA, and CMA. Additionally, I plan to further my education by enrolling in an MBA program in Finance or pursuing a Doctorate in Accountancy.I am highly proficient in communication, both written and verbal, which allows me to convey complex information clearly and effectively. I am also known for my strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail. My dedication to continuous learning and professional development drives me to seek out opportunities for growth and excellence in the finance field.
