Presided over eight soldiers as a Squad Leader/ First Line Supervisor. Was responsible for the accountability and well-being of my soldiers. Conducted monthly counseling sessions to evaluate the performance of my soldiers along with recommendations of improvements and sustainment’s. Supervised and managed the reception, storage, and shipment of various petroleum based products. Fueled and Defueled the Army’s tactical vehicles and stationary equipment during garrison and combat situations. Trained in the proper safety procedures in the event of petroleum spillage or fire. Instructed and supervised subordinates in work techniques and fueling procedures. Three tours of duty in Iraq supplying outlying FOBs with Class III which consisted of ; Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) (package and bulk): Petroleum, fuels, lubricants, hydraulic and insulating oils, preservatives, liquids and gases, bulk chemical products, coolants, deicer and antifreeze compounds, components, and additives of petroleum and chemical products, and coal. Conducted over 375 MissionsResponsible for receiving, storing and issuing conventional ammunition including but not limited to guided missiles, large rockets, explosives, and other ammunition and explosives related items. Conducted accurate inventories to maintain ammunition stock control using both manual and automated procedures. Aided in the preparation of transportation of ammunition, ammunition components and explosives. Experienced as an 88M motor transportation operator.Conducted twelve weeks of Basic Combat Training at Fort Benning, Georgia. After which I attended advanced individual training in Huntsville, Alabama (2000) followed by Fort Lee, Virginia (2008). I also graduated from the Warrior Leaders Course, Class Number 504, on Fort Hood, Texas (2010)
