Isaiah 40:31Through my experiences of positions in Sales, Management, Marketing, Engineering Design and Client Services. I've learned one main lesson. To achieve success in a company, it takes a team. In order to have a team willing to succeed together, it starts from the top. Positive leadership will lead everyone in a direction of honesty and respect. This not only creates success throughout the company, but to our customers. We have to focus on providing above excellence in customer service.Life is definitely a journey! It is one that presents many hurdles and walls....many levels of challenges. During that journey you find yourself making decisions on which direction to choose, how it will impact you and your family, is it where you want to be and is it the RIGHT direction.Fortunately, I’ve been blessed to have an amazing surrounding of family and friends. More importantly, a family that has supported me in every direction I have taken, good or bad.Throughout my career, I’ve gone from labor work, sales, marketing, operations management, project management, and now achieved a position as VP of Sales and Marketing with the objective to see our company continue to grow and succeed. The last 15 years i grew and learned as an individual and matured for the better. Spending 15 years in the Restoration/Construction industry you find yourself in many different and difficult situations.....many resulting in being able to help others in restoring their life after a disaster. Even with success and growth,at some point change is necessary.Now, i have the opportunity to step into a new challenge with a new company.
