• Conduct compliance analysis for documentation review specifically relating to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Community Re-Investment Act (CRA).• Identify and verify exceptions within files.• Research procedures and legal documentation.

Responsible for providing technical support to customers using website Lease and Rental Receipts system to perform all functions related to report processing, monitoring and tracking of inventory entry.Manage coverages for all Lease and Rental Receipt transactions.Ensure accuracy of reports by analyzing and reviewing payment receipts and checks. Provide customer service to insured by researching and analyzing all reported problems; answer questions on report preparation and status; provide explanations and assistance to help insured's correct erroneous reports.Reconcile cash received against premium due as calculated by report-compiling programs and prepare credit and debit notices as needed; work with accounting to resolve all items in suspense.Manually compute premium for those accounts that fall outside the automated parameter; code and key all received premium by month end.Coordinate information to the IT Department for set up onto website. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer's sensitive date, including user IDs and passwords.Conduct training for back-up and clerical assistance for Lease/Rental desk.
