Our education reform heritage gives us a unique perspective and experience in providing our partners with practical solutions to improve student achievement and organizational effectiveness. The Schoolhouse Project helps schools achieve lasting gains in performance, using an extensive portfolio of proven K-12 solutions, including Common Core implementation, instructional strategy professional learning workshops, and in-classroom coaching.

Directed and led nationwide Program Improvement (PI) K-12 public school districts in successfully implementing Common Core State Standards to meet and exceed Adequate Yearly Progress (No Child Left Behind). Managed and supported K-12 school district partnership clients to ensure the highest quality of Action Learning Systems’ professional development and account services. Led and collaborated with district officials to analyze student achievement data to create a professional development plan and set measurable student achievement goals. Delivered engaging and high-quality professional development to K-12 school districts; stakeholders include superintendent cabinets, school-site administrators, leadership teams, instructional coaches, and classroom teachers for the past ten years.
