Managed and supported K-12 school district partnership clients to ensure the highest quality of Action Learning Systems’ professional development and account services. Led and collaborated with district officials to analyze student achievement data to create a professional development plan and set measurable student achievement goals. Delivered engaging and high-quality professional development to K-12 school districts; stakeholders include superintendent cabinets, school-site administrators, leadership teams, instructional coaches, and classroom teachers for the past ten years.
