I was responsible for not only the day to day operation of my main location, but also of 2 satellite locations. I had full accountability for the P&L's along with the A/R's. I developed a strong culture where Customer Service was paramount to our success and overall sales performance. Spending the time with all employees Training, Teaching, and Developing them allowed the locations to not only become successful while I oversaw them, but ultimately even after I moved on to a new store.

Responsible for running a stand alone kiosk sales location inside of a Wal-Mart. While interacting and building rapport with potential customers, I was able to fact find to be able to sell them services based on their personal needs. Thru this relationship building, and follow up service calls, I was able to maintain a large referral base allowing me to be a highly successful sales person. I was selected to help evaluate, and create the prepaid phone product for the South East region. During my career, I maintained 166% sales quota, received multiple monthly sales awards, ultimately earning the top sales rep for 2000.
