I am an Electrical Engineer with Northrop Grumman. I specialize in hardware design and electronics manufacturing. My role within our company includes the following:-Research and develop innovative electrical systems and electrical system architecture-Design, develop, and test custom built hardware-Develop ways to interface custom built hardware with commercial-off-the-shelf products-Design, layout, and manufacture high speed circuit card assemblies (CCAs, PCBs) using CAD tools (Altium Designer & Mentor Graphics)-Simulate mixed-signal circuits using PSpice modeling-Coordinate with turn-key electronics manufacturers for best manufacturing practices and parts selection-Design and build military grade cables/harnesses using IPC/WHMA-A-620D-Design and build enclosures for electronic assemblies-Draft and execute standard work instructions for both mechanical and electrical parts assembly-Test and debug electrical hardware in a lab setting using oscilloscopes and signal generators-Design hardware/firmware according to the following communication methods: Ethernet, LVDS, RS-422, Serial, SPIMy qualifications/certifications are the following:-MS Electrical Engineering (Concurrent), University of Utah-BS Electrical Engineering (2020), Brigham Young University-IPC Certified for PCB design for Military, Aerospace, and Extreme Environments-IPC/WHMA-A-620D (Cable/Harness Design)-IPC J-STD-001 (Soldered Electronic Assemblies)
