Senior Intelligence Information System Administrator for US Army North G2 of the CONUS JWICS Mobile Integrated Communications Systems (CJMICS). Managed the transport of voice, video, and data over the ARNORTH G-2’s six tactical networks. Responsible for fault management, configuration management, auditing and accountability measures, maintaining performance standards, and implementing security measures to maintain accreditation and security of tactical systems. Conducted mission analysis and deployed the CJMICS in Airborne Reconnaissance-Low (ARL) Missions, real world Defense Support to Civil Agencies (DSCA) missions, National Level Exercises, and USARNORTH Tier 2 exercises. Managed the accreditation documentation for the two independent CJMICS platforms ensuring their separate Authority to Operate (ATO) as the systems went through major hardware, software, and policy upgrades. Created and deployed a secured operating system for all the workstations within the six separate domains. Routinely scanned the workstations, applied missing updates, patches, and antivirus signatures, and prepared the appropriate documentation. Provided technical support and training for ARNORTH - Mexico military-to-military training. Developed, configured, and installed an enterprise level digital classroom that supported the Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) division’s Train the Trainer Intelligence Course.
