• Receives purchase orders and equipment via incoming delivery trailers• Processes all incoming purchase order equipment through multiple interface channels: WMS, SharePoint, and Salesforce• Tracks and monitors all received purchase orders through a WMS and the Q/C process until shipped.• Packages all outgoing purchase orders and equipment including wrapping/strapping of pallets.• Coordinates all domestic shipping and pickups via FedEx Ship Manager for FedEx, UPS, or third party services.• Coordinates all international shipments through FedEx Ship Manager for FedEx or third party services using the AES portal when necessary.• IATA and DOT HAZMAT Certified • Completes administrative documents for both receiving and shipping records.• Receives and processes all RMA equipment from customers to include the monitoring of RMA incoming/outgoing shipments, handling of RMA inventory management, and ordering/issuing of RMA repair parts stock. Occasional customer interfacing during receiving and return of their equipment.• Manages the inventory of warehouse stock, repair parts stock, and consignment stock.• Forecasts and determines warehouse stock requirements by analyzing trend reports, conducts cyclic inventories, maintains adequate levels of on-hand stock, and sets stock minimum/maximum/reorder points.• Develops standard operating procedures for the logistics section.• Drafts and writes logistics operating procedures.• Communicates professionally with both domestic/international coworkers and team leaders.
