Overseeing the review, coordination and settlement of specialized trading products Work with front office traders and sales coverage, clients, counsel and operations to settle primary par loan trades Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients/counterparts Manage heavy trade portfolio across various lines of business while maintaining a clean aging profile Review LSTA standard documents and other legal documents including trade confirms, assignment agreements, proceeds letters, participation agreements, cash collateral agreements, and multilateral agreements Review credit agreements, specifically assignability language Identify and escalate issues to the front office trading assistants/traders/salespeople, in-house legal counsel and management, when necessary Prepare daily/weekly MIS reporting to track the status of open items and measure riskEnsuring completion of all daily activity and reconciliation tracking to capture new trading events and general book management has been processed accuratelyEnsure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basisWork closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a one team approach

Oversee weekly meetings held with all Cash Vendors; reviewing servicing and ATM related issues including but not limited to: Cash orders, ATM Maintenance, Outages, Staffing concerns, Special Projects and Policy ChangesAssist in Departmental Cross Training InitiativeServe as the trainer for new ATM Coordinator hires in the Cash Segment and provide additional training support for Coordinators in segments across the departmentWork in tandem with Compliance teams to help resolve ATM related customer casesOversee all Cash vendor related issues with Garda, Loomis and Brinks for remote, branch and outsourced ATMsGenerate daily and weekly reporting to provide insight to the status of all ATM functions and trends across our national fleetAssist in troubleshooting efforts during our conversion of former BBVA locationsTroubleshoot issues & errors daily with cash, alarm and hardware vendors Handling all Cash segment inquiries from third party vendorsSchedule meets between third party vendors when applicableWork in tandem with our Cash Management Department to forecast ATM cash outages and use preventative measures to help minimize customer impactServe in the StarLight Committee; tasked with handling departmental recognition initiatives

Functioning as the primary interface with existing and potential customers The role includes receiving inbound and outbound calls and solving and/or educating customers on specific account information, concerns and inquiries to make it as easy and as possible to do business with and resolve their delinquency.
