I organize our crews in the behind the scene activities like tables, chairs, linens, floral, draping, etc. The wedding/event planner relies on me to take the ideas and make them practical. I am at the location days before the event and days after the event. Rarely seen during the event my job is to make sure everything is operational. From events as small as 50 to events as large as 1000 each is just important as the next. My goal and your goal is for the participants of the event to never see me, because if that happens everything was set up on-time and running smoothly during your wedding/event!
