Kristopher Chavez's life has been dedicated to creating businesses that tackle difficult problems to better the world. Kristopher's focus thus far has been primarily in real estate, oil and gas, travel, sports and recreation.In his senior year of high school Kristopher created Recruits.com, the first social network for high school athletes marketing their athletic prowess to college coaches. In college while building the recruiting business Kristopher won a contract with the State of Colorado where he created a platform to streamline the remittance of oil, gas and coal royalties owed to the Colorado State Land Board. Kristopher's more recent companies have been in the travel/timeshare space where he has spent over a decade buying/selling/transferring and renting units for thousands of clients across the country. The most recent cause that interests him is getting a new bill passed through the State of Colorado House and Senate making it a felony for prosecutors to alter or intentionally withhold evidence that could be used to exonerate defendants. Prosecutors have a tremendous amount of power to impact the lives of those that accused, even prior to a verdict of guilt or innocence.
