I enjoy taking on the nebulous, big problems, that people wish "someone would fix." Solving those problems increases both employee and client satisfaction. I am equally as excited about problems that require policy or procedural fixes as I am about implementing technical solutions.Team Leadership – As the leader, it is important to understand the team dynamic and the goals of the individuals on your team. It's critical to create a clear, measurable plan and to ensure that your team feels vested in the solution so that you can achieve great results.Easily adapting to new industries and challenges - I have worked in several diverse industries and a have unique education; this combination of skills and education allows me to approach problems in novel ways and drive results.Communication Skills - It doesn't matter how "right" you are if you can't convince anyone so I adjust my communication medium and style depending on the audience. I have addressed hundreds of people while presenting technical research material, corporate policies, and training material. I have created written training materials, client correspondence, and entire SharePoint Wiki sites. Analytical Savvy – I can take raw data and synthesize the information to be presented to a variety of stakeholders, including C-level executives who need quick analyses and actionable plans.
