Create and implement robust employee training program for EHR and EMR user applications (CareLogic, Cerner, and Dr.First). Coordinate and oversee external Managed Services IT contractors and guide their participation in management, planning and operations, to apply available technologies, where appropriate, to increase efficiencies and revenues. Responsible for companywide technologies through all stages of planning, development, testing and deployment as well as ensuring requirements are met and industry best practices are implemented as new EHR software is launched. Ensure that company’s systems and infrastructure are maintained properly, perform efficiently, and are stable at all times.
