Accepted a temporary assignment to lead, from an HR capacity, multiple sites. Those sites are located in Rocky Mount, Raleigh, and Morrisville which comprise over 700 employees in a variety of roles and levels. I am partnering with each site lead to drive improvement in HR metrics and establish go-forward expectations of their future, permanent, HR Partner.

Program managed, along with FFL Program Lead, the Future Finance Leaders program of ~75 employees including resource management, compensation, employee engagement, career development, University relations and recruitment, and event management. The Future Finance Leader program is one of the premier corporate finance LDP programs in US with a 20 year history of creating the future leaders of finance in Honeywell. Primary area of ownership of the professional development for 1st rotation talent through monthly one on one coaching and personalized development plans. Conducted 200+ 1:1 meetings on a variety of subject matter, from conflict management and managing up to MOS/SOP dev and course correction. Responsible for end to end recruiting and onboarding of interns to full-time employees from undergraduate campuses nationwide. Managed several campus recruiting events, coordination, and attended the events to acquire top talent for the program. Responsible for program governance and process capturing/improvement. Captured each aspect of the program through MOS/SOP Development.

HR support for Integrated Supply Chain Site Leader and Engineering & Technology :-Supported 700+ employees across ISC Value Streams, Materials, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Site Leadership-Managed HR process management including: compensation planning, performance management, staffing, rewards and recognition, census management, HRIS data management, reduction in force planning, performance management, investigations, and EO vaccination mandate implementation.

My primary responsibilities include project management, improvement on revenue streams, and troubleshooting any bottlenecks the company may encounter including; employee morale, resource allocation, methodology adjustments, team conflict, time delays, etc. Some of my accomplishments include: -Utilized verbal communication skills at recruiting events to increase the number of applicants by 100% resulting in a higher quality recruits for the company. -Implemented significant improvements to primary revenue streams by relaunching the lead distribution system resulting a decrease of lead distribution cost by 33% while increasing lead revenue by over 400.-Developed and maintained marketing campaigns that utilized MailChimp, Webinars, AdWords, Social Media Marketing, etc. -Organized weekly training events for interns & teams to increase professionalism, positivity, communication, critical thinking, and industry specific skills.

Responsibilities and accomplishments include: -Increased AdWords traffic over 1000% in 6 months through A/B testing.-Established new online lead generation campaign that tripled the clients qualified leads. -Organized and managed 5 local events resulting in over $100,000 of revenue for the client we were representing. -Wrote, edited, and disseminated 5 press releases resulting in 30+ media stories across television, web, print, and radio publications. -Innovated company advertising initiatives through utilization of remarketing tags resulting in a 64% increase in monthly ad revenue. -Conducted all conversion funnel research to optimize company traffic and lead generation. -Responsible for all marketing, platform, and trend research for company marketing efforts. -Managing 2-3 Interns in social media, digital marketing, and public relations.

Dr.Booth hired me to work on his social media, and help within his office. I also created a new business card for him and advised him through research on branding. At the time I was not experienced with websites or SEO writing. I learned the areas in which I was weak and have since begun to work on those skills I lacked. The internship was a wonderful opportunity to see where I needed to grow.

For two years I performed a full time volunteer mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During this time I worked 70-80 hour work weeks, without taking vacations or time off. It was a powerful and humbling learning experience in my life. I learned how to be bold, yet meek and strong yet soft when needed. Throughout the mission I was assigned leadership opportunities in which I could help other missionaries and lead other missionaries. I was also one of 20 missionaries assigned to open a new area for our mission.
