In this capacity I have loved engaging with everyone among Strike’s diverse divisions: Document Controllers, Engineers, Project Coordinators, Schedulers, Project Managers, Directors and VPs, you name it. I’m a natural fit for the people-skills and ardent curiosity my work requires as I dig into the knit and grit of critical business processes and provide knee-to-knee solutions. The ultimate aim to optimize operational efficiency places me in a position to be an advocate for change that really makes an impact, and I couldn’t be more excited about that.

    Before IE hired me as a project manager consultant, they were operating like any good start-up: keep as many plates spinning as you can as fast as you can, and try to learn from your mistakes when you drop them. But things were getting out of hand and they knew they could do more by standardizing their project management processes, which were previously pretty "wild west".When my job was complete, IE had a task management platform they loved and used on a daily basis that intuitively and powerfully captures the dynamism and variety of their project types, standardizes key procedures, and gives them the visibility and accountability they were desperately searching for.
