As the Purchasing Manager at Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (C-HCCA), I oversee the procurement and deployment of goods and services for various programs and projects that aim to improve the lives of low-income families and individuals in the region. I have been in this role for over two years, and I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of C-HCCA.I have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with more than six years of experience working with Prosource, a leading provider of office equipment, document automation, and technology solutions. There, I managed the purchasing and procurement processes for three separate lines of business, tracked and distributed incoming hardware, coordinated with sales and management teams, and developed and maintained vendor relationships. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, and I also possess a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership through Innovation and Human Resources from Northern Kentucky University. I have developed skills in supply chain management, cross-functional team leadership, and supply management, and I am always eager to learn new ways to optimize and enhance the procurement and sourcing cycles.
