California State Certified Emergency Medical Technician and recent graduate from University of California Riverside, with just under four years of acute care medical experience, seeking (a career change to) further opportunities in Real Estate. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine and after some deep prayer and thinking of what I want out of life, I have decided to finally pursue it. What I bring to the table as most valuable is spending the last 4 years working in the fast paced ER learning how to effectively handle some of the most difficult people anyone will ever encounter. I am a people person as I love talking with people and hearing what they have to say. I have learned to understand people, seeing things from their perspective and earnestly listening to them. In fact, I was often the first choice to talk to an agitated and angry patient to try and calm them down. I always love how a simple smile and conversation can always brighten an otherwise negative day for a patient. I believe all these skills crossover to the delicate process of a client trusting their entire life savings for me to find them a new place to call home. I believe it is a job that requires extensive amounts of interpersonal skills. I have the necessary confidence to tackle any problem with the college degree I have earned. I first identify the problem, which I then employ efficient, methodical or scientific processes to overcome the problem that I face. I know I have more to learn, but I am eager to get started, to use my past experiences and knowledge base to pursue my dream and passion of real estate and ultimately redefine the way that I help people.
