-Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production,quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.-Loaded and ran machine programs, performed machine change overs of parts.-Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testingduring processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.-Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field.-Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification.-Calibrate, validate, or maintain equipment.-Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions.-Perform visual inspections of finished products.

-Calibrated or adjusted equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such ascalipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges.-CMM (coordinate measuring machine) Operator.-Measured and recorded data associated with operating equipment.-Prepared and assembled materials.-Cleaned production equipment or work areas.-Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.-Partner with R&D/Mfg. to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.-Prepare and carry out scrap reduction evaluations.
