I preform the duties of a bar manager. These duties include ordering products, managing beverage cost, ordering supplies, managing a restaurant of forty people during a shift, inventory duties, and following drink specs.

The Service Manager is accountable for all training areas, writing and over seeing employee schedules, conduct quarterly trainer meetings, update all side work quarterly, ordering new training materials, create incentives for staff, increase management awareness of the proper policy of sanitation standards, and help monitor food cost incentives.

Working for the Ninety Nine Restaurants has been and amazing experience. I started as a host and worked my way up to a professional position as a shift supervisor. The duties that I have received include managing twenty-five people in a single night. Entrusted with money handling for safe deposits and bank drops. Take care of guest complaints by using the company steps. Was able to win six sales competition and raised over $3,000 dollars for in-house charity event.

I received the opportunity to intern for Chelmsford Group Insurance Agency. I'm involved in marketing, budgeting, and learning about different life insurance and annuity products. I'm also running a newsletter (quarterly) for clients that sign up for this feature.

Working as a cashier for Tedeschi Food Shops, I was able to experience money handling procedures for both the register and the safe. I also got to experience food and alcohol deliveries, along with proper first in first out procedures.

During my time as an assistant at the Chelmsford Group Insurance Agency, I had to received and make important phone calls for my manager. Pulled and organized files both paper and electronic. Helped install the electronic filing system successfully. Made appointments and took messages for my manager.
