As Head of IT for Emmi Group's California Collection, I was responsible for IT across all four Dairies and Creameries in Northern California, including; Darey Brands (Redwood Hill Farms, Green Valley Creamery, Meyenberg Goat Milk), Cypress Grove Cheese & Cowgirl Creamery. Responsibilities included managing IT Support & Operations; ERP (Infor M3), EDI, Cybersecurity, Budgeting, MSP & Vendor Management, IT Infrastructure, Project Management and IT Governance.

Taking CannaCraft's outsourced IT services and bringing them in-house, I led CannaCraft's IT Team of Technology Professionals. As Director of IT, I managed every aspect of CannaCraft's Business Technology, from Master Data to Data Entry, Infrastructure to Applications, Cybersecurity, Integrations, Development and Analytics. My Team was also responsible for CannaCraft's METRC regulatory system & data. Leading the successful implementation of Sage X3 CannaBusiness ERP, I established a scalable platform for CannaCraft to grow as the leader in the Cannabis Industry. The business systems & Teams I created at CannaCraft support & grow CannaCraft’s vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution businesses, providing the tools & resources required to succeed.

In this leadership role, I was responsible for providing daily guidance, project management and supervision to a team of experts including a Master Data Manager, two Master Data Analysts, an IS Developer, and a Data Analyst. My Team was responsible for all Master Data that enters the ERP system, SAP, and includes all customer, vendor, product, and pricing/costing data as well as all Sales Tools/Systems and data analytics and eCommerce Master Data.I managed sales tools and systems, and provided reporting services, programming/coding services, data management, and customer data requests. Directed SAP BW, Retail POS (RMS), retail store support, database administration (SQL), SAP Master Data, data standards, data analytics, sales tools, programming, and Ecom support and administration.A few of my selected achievements include:• Reporting to the Director of Operations, I manage daily department operations, plan for future technology needs, direct off-site consultants, prepare project budgets, and assign related tasks. Participate in company-wide strategy discussions.• Research and on-board vendors to provide services for eCommerce, and IT/IS Departments. • Provide level Three Support for IT, IS, eCommerce, the retail departments and users. • Assist other departments gain efficiencies by developing Winshuttle scripts to automate data entry into SAP. • Chair regularly-scheduled cross-department user group meetings to discuss various systems and how to improve them to better serve the user’s needs. • Write compliance policies and enforce corporate Master Data input/management. • Recognized as the go-to person for technology problems/questions.

I served as the IT Applications Manager for Marmot, Marker, and Ex Officio, charged with providing hardware/software expertise and services with the Corporate ERP System, Business Intelligence (BI), retail systems, EDI, multiple electronic ordering systems, and IT operations. Reporting to the Director of IT, managed all retail store IT technology and security. Additionally, I supervised the Help Desk staff and provided level 1 & 2 support for Retail, Corporate, and Warehouse environments. Built and managed a Disaster Recovery plans for ERP systems. Migrated data from legacy ERP systems to a new SAP ERP system. A major responsibility included creating and managing network backups and recovery; I wrote scripts to move data between systems and customers, and provided SQL Database Administration. Participated in planning and strategy sessions for future IT projects and for setting the strategic direction. Managed the ERP system and all related vendor and services. Supported ERP, Retail Store, and Operations. Oversaw technology implementations for new retail store openings.Some selected contributions include:• I was and still am willing to take on new challenges and succeed, for example, successfully completing the data migration from Marmot’s legacy ERP system (Porini Business Systems) to SAP. • I earned a reputation for working well under pressure with downed systems and frustrated users.
