With a background in business, teaching, and educational publishing, I've utilized my skills and business acumen to strategically manage golf operations and develop teams. I've impacted the growth of my facilities through programming, tournament and league organization, junior league coaching, as well as marketing/promotional planning. I've led three facilities to record-breaking seasons. With strong skills in golf ops management, strategic planning, and training, I've been tasked with managing three golf courses at one time. As a result, I've become a source of managing multiple facilities for my portfolio. Serving on two committees, I work closely with TROON's department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to help grow diversity within my company and the golf industry as a whole. Learning and development as well as recruitment and retention are areas I am committed to, as I seek to serve the game and industry that I love so dearly.
