About Kristy Ellison

Currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Corporate CSR programs at Blackbaud - formerly YourCause. Prior to that, we were known as Good Done Great, AmeriGives and American Red Cross. I have more than 13 years experience in the industry, specifically with corporate matching gifts, volunteer programs and corporate grants. I love implementing new programs based on current trends and needs as well as helping clients increase participation and make their CSR programs fun and engaging. Before entering the world of Account Management for philanthropic endeavors, I was customer service oriented, ranging from customer support, software tech support to installing point of sale servers to merchandising stores. My passion, and my degree, lie in children services and I hope to use all my experiences to help disadvantaged and underprivileged children succeed. I currently serve as President of my children's PTO as well as substitute teach when called on.
